
Camp tuition (about $1000) is awarded to freshman, sophomore, or junior Dickinson High School athletes wanting to explore a combination of athletic development, community, and personal growth. You will be required to obtain your own transportation to and from the camp. There are usually several participants from Dickinson High School, so car pooling may be an option. We suggest you discuss the travel logistics with your parents.

Hazel Clark is the camp director and an American middle-distance runner who specializes in the 800 meters middle distance race. Clark was a member of the U.S. Olympic team in 2000, 2004 and 2008. She has won six national titles and two USA Olympic Trials events during her career. Clark was a member of the Florida Gators track and field team and was coached by her brother J.J. While at Florida, she was undefeated in SEC competition and won five NCAA titles.
This is an 4 day (July) overnight specialized training camp at the Nike Running Camp with Hazel Clark at the Pennington School, in Pennington, New Jersey. The camp program which features several instructional sessions per day, special guest appearances, three meals, and lodging in The Pennington School dorms. About 60 student athletes usually participate in the camp.
Athletes receive instruction from experienced high school, collegiate, and Olympic-level coaches. Campers often interact with college coaches, learn about recruitment timelines, and get guidance on building a recruiting profile. It’s a 4-day overnight experience, so athletes: Develop independence, build friendships with serious runners from other schools and gain confidence
