Our Board of Directors reflects a deep and enduring commitment to high school athletics. Board members collectively bring decades of experience not only as high school club, intramural student-athletes, but also as mentors across a wide range of sports including basketball, field hockey, golf, rifle, softball, and track and field.
Their own high school athletic journeys were defined by discipline, teamwork, and competitive spirit. From early morning practices to championship games, each member understands firsthand the dedication required to excel. Many competed at club, intramural, varsity teams, earning championship honors.
Beyond their competitive sports interests, several board members went on to coach, shaping the next generation of athletes. As coaches, they emphasized fundamentals, sportsmanship, resilience, and character development—values that extend far beyond the playing field.
The Rodenkirchen children including Eleanore, Laurie, Roberta and Robert grew up on both Harrison Ave, Jersey City, &
76th Street, North Bergen eventually settling in Nutley.
